Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Sisson Imports, you have agreed to all terms and conditions stated.

There is no minimum order amount; however, to ensure the best service to our customers, all orders must be in Case Pack quantities as stated in the price list. This will help ensure against breakage and provide quick and accurate deliveries for our customers. If an order is stated in less than Case Packs, that item will be increased to match the stated Case Pack quantity.

Net 30 days upon credit approval.

1 1⁄2% per month interest will be charged on all overdue invoices. Orders will not be shipped to past due accounts. Accounts that are over 90 days past due will be sent to collection. Accounts sent to collection must pay all collection fees, interest and any other collection costs incurred in addition to the past due amount. Accounts will then be placed on credit card terms.

Orders may be shipped with credit card payment.

A $30 fee will be charged on all returned checks.

Orders will be shipped F.O.B. Auburn, Washington at the price in effect at time of shipment.

Although it is our commitment to ship all orders complete, in the event of stock outages, backorders will be handled in the manner the customer has requested. All orders will be shipped with a "How should we handle your backorder?" form. For those customers who have not replied to this form within 10 business days, Sisson Imports will automatically ship backordered goods as they are available.

Freight charges will apply to all backorders.

Sisson Imports UPC labeling is provided upon request at no charge. All master cartons are marked with purchase order number and your Sisson Imports customer number.

We charge 3% -5% of the total order for custom UPC labeling or any order custom labeling to be placed on products or boxes. Sisson Imports also offers custom packaging. Please call for a quotation or to discuss a specific packing requirement.
