Description
 
To properly prepare absinthe, one would first pour the absinthe into the glass. Then an absinthe spoon is laid across the top of the glass and a cube of sugar is placed on top of the spoon. Ice water is slowly dripped onto the cube. Once the sugar is dissolved, the mixture is stirred and ready to drink.
