At Sisson Imports we stand behind our products, our service and
you, our customer. If for any reason, you or your gift recipient is not
fully satisfied with your product, please do not hesitate to let us
know and we will exchange it or issue you a refund. (Please note that
monogrammed and personalized gifts are not eligible for exchange or
refund unless they are damaged).
Shipping Cut-Off Time
Because all
orders ship from our warehouse, located in the Seattle area on the west
coast, the cut-off time to place an express order is 2:00pm, PST.
Standard Shipping
We usually
ship in-stock items within 2 to 3 business days. We ship all packages
through Federal Express and the U.S. Postal Service.
***We cannot ship FedEx Ground or FedEx Express packages to Post Office Box addresses.***
Shipping to Canada
We are happy to ship Federal Express only to Canada. This insures that packages are traceable and insured.
Insurance
All of our items are shipped with 100% insurance included free.
Sales Tax
Tax will only be added if we do not a resale certificate or license on file or wherever applicable (Washington State).
Returned Goods and Credit
If a product is
damaged in shipping, please notify us immediately. In the event of
damage, claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Please
notify a customer service representative at (253) 735-3040 or toll-free
(800) 423-2756. Keep all original shipping cartons and packaging
materials, as well as the merchandise. UPS or FedEx will not process a
claim for damaged merchandise if ANY original shipping materials are
missing. No returns will be accepted without prior written
authorization and/or a return authorization number provided by Sisson Imports. Please send all returns to:

It is our policy to ship all orders complete and free from factory defects.
However, in the event that a shipping error is made, we will authorize requests
for returns made within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise.
Please take care in unpacking and inspecting your shipment at once. Small
items are often overlooked, so please check through the packing material
carefully.

Damaged Goods

Defective
When requesting replacement for a defective item, please remember if the item
is truly defective we will replace it. Often, what is mistaken for a defect is
simply the result of hand craftsmanship.
Customer Error
If an error is made by the customer, which causes incorrect or duplicated
shipments, Sisson Imports will allow return of the excess inventory. Claims must
be made within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. A 15% restocking fee may be applied.
All freight charges will be paid by the customer.
Credit
Credit will be issued on items that are returned in the same condition as
originally sent. Any merchandise altered from its original condition will not be
authorized for credit. Sisson Imports will gladly issue a credit that may be
applied to your next purchase. We are unable to issue checks or credit card
credits. Please package your returns carefully.
